<li> ¾ cup unsalted butter room temperature</li>
<li>1 1/3 cups granulated sugar</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>1 teaspoon white vinegar</li>
<li>2 teaspoons vanilla extract</li>
<li>1 ½ cups gluten free all purpose flour</li>
<li>3 tablespoons cocoa powder</li>
<li>¼ teaspoon salt</li>
<li>1 teaspoon red food coloring </li>
<li>1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips</li>

Steps:

<li>Preheat oven 350F & line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.</li>
<li>In a large mixing bowl, beat butter & sugar until fluffy.</li>
<li>Add in egg, white vinegar, vanilla to the mixing bowl & combine.</li>
<li>Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, red food coloring to the mixing bowl & mix until combined.</li>
<li>Add chocolate chips to the batter & fold gently.</li>
<li>Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish & bake 28-32 mins or until brownies reach internal temperature of atleast 170F (fudgey consistency). Toothpick can come out with few crumbs for fudgy brownies.</li>
