Steps:

<li>Preheat oven 375F & line baking sheet with parchment or foil.</li>
<li>Melt butter in microwaveable bowl, then add minced garlic, mustard, honey, salt & pepper to taste, & chopped parsley. Mix to combine. </li>
<li>Cut baguette in half long way, place the halves on their backs facing up, on the baking sheet. With spoon or brush, spread garlic herb butter mixture generously on both halves of baguette.</li>
<li>Bake for 6 minutes.</li>
<li>Remove garlic bread from oven. Top each half with mozzarella, pepperonis & more fresh chopped parsley. Place back in oven for about 5 mins or until cheese has fully melted.</li>
<li>After cheese has melted, turn on speed broil to high & broil for 1 min removing quickly if you see it burning. (Broiling optional if you want a crispier top!).</li>
<li>Top with a drizzle of honey & freshly grated parmesan. </li>
