Fudgy Raspberry Brownies

Ingredients:

- <li>1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted</li>
- <li>1 + 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted</li>
- <li>1 cup light brown sugar, packed</li>
- <li>2 eggs, room temperature<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
- <li>1/2 cup gluten free OR regular multipurpose flour</li>
- <li>1 teaspoon baking powder</li>
- <li>2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder</li>
- <li>2 cups fresh raspberries<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
- <li>1/2 cup dark chocolate chips</li>
- <li>1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips</li>
- <li>Valentine’s Day sprinkles for decoration (optional)</li>

Steps:
- <ol>
- <li>Preheat oven to 320F & line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Set aside.</li>
- <li>Melt the unsalted butter & chocolate in a heat safe bowl over a small pot of simmering hot water.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
- <li>Stir frequently until fully melted, silky, & smooth.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Remove bowl from the heat & set aside.</li>
- <li>In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs & light brown sugar with a spatula until fully combined & sugar is fully mixed in.</li>
- <li>Pour the melted butter chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, & mix again with spatula until combined. <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
- <li>Add the gluten free multipurpose flour, baking powder, & dark cocoa powder to the large mixing bowl with the wet ingredients, & gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Do not overmix.</li>
- <li>Fold in the semi sweet chocolate chips to the brownie batter.</li>
- <li>Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan evenly, & bake for 22-25 minutes. <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
- <li>Once done, leave brownies on counter for 10 minutes, then refrigerate them for at least 1 hour.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Once the brownies are set, line the raspberries on top of the brownie surface as shown in my video.</li>
- <li>In a microwaveable bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips for 30 second intervals, stirring every time until silky & smooth.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Drizzle it with a spoon all over the raspberries.</li>
- <li>Let it sit for another 10 minutes to set before serving!</li>

Notes:
<p>Store brownies in a covertight container for up to 4 days.</p>
